Terms of use

• You must be at least 13 years old to use CraftMint.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your email login flow and device access secure.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, policy violations, or marketplace safety reasons.

Sellers keep ownership of the content they upload, except for any third-party material they do not own or control.

• Uploading a listing does not transfer ownership of the seller's files to CraftMint.
• By uploading, the seller grants CraftMint a non-exclusive right to host, review, copy, display, market, deliver, and support the listing and the purchased version of the files.
• Sellers must have the rights needed to upload, license, and sell the product, and must keep required open-source notices, attribution, and license files attached where required.
• We may remove, reject, disable, or investigate content that appears infringing, deceptive, unsafe, or otherwise inconsistent with marketplace rules.

• Free and paid products may be delivered through direct downloads, protected bundle links, or purchase unlocks.
• A purchase gives the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased version in their own work, subject to the product listing and any attached upstream license terms.
• Buyers do not receive ownership of the product files, source materials, or seller intellectual property by purchasing a listing.
• Paid bundles may not be resold, reposted, redistributed, or shared publicly except where an attached upstream license expressly allows it.

• Paid purchases are processed through Stripe and are subject to successful payment completion.
• CraftMint currently keeps a 20% marketplace fee on paid sales.
• Seller proceeds may be adjusted for refunds, fraudulent payments, chargebacks, and other marketplace-protection adjustments tied to the transaction.
• Paid products are covered when delivered files are broken, missing core assets, or materially fail the advertised outcome after reasonable setup.
• Refund decisions are made against the listing promise and delivered files, not against preference alone.

• Public listings may be reviewed before publication.
• Sellers must describe products, files, licenses, supported workflows, and outcomes accurately, especially for paid products.
• You may not upload harmful, unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing material.
• You may not attempt to access another user's account, listings, files, purchases, or internal marketplace systems without authorization.
• You may not use bots, scrapers, or automation to extract marketplace content, rankings, or purchased files without permission.
• You may not manipulate reviews, views, downloads, rankings, or other marketplace signals, including by creating fake accounts or sham activity.
• You may not use CraftMint to route around marketplace fees, refund rules, or enforcement for transactions that started through the platform.

CraftMint may display reviews, ratings, product tags, seller-level review summaries, product views, creator profile views, download counts, and related marketplace signals. We may remove or moderate reviews, listings, or accounts that are fraudulent, abusive, misleading, low-integrity, or otherwise inconsistent with marketplace safety.

• CraftMint is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, listings, analytics prompts, pricing, review flows, or marketplace rules at any time.
• Marketplace content is created by sellers. Except where required by law or expressly stated in a refund policy, CraftMint does not make warranties about seller content, outcomes, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, CraftMint is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CraftMint after an update means the revised terms apply. Questions, copyright complaints, or marketplace policy issues can be sent to support@proxis.ai.
